Specialist 1:1 Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates, available online or from my private studio near Newbury, West Berkshire. Gentle, supportive sessions designed to help you feel strong, safe and connected to your body through pregnancy and beyond.

Pregnancy and the postnatal period bring significant changes to your body, and your Pilates should adapt with you. Sessions are individually tailored to your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery, how you’re feeling and what you’d like to achieve.

With a focus on strength, posture, core and pelvic floor function, Pilates can help you continue moving confidently through pregnancy and return to exercise gradually following birth.

Specialist Pregnancy & Postnatal Pilates is available in person from my private studio near Newbury or online, giving you personalised one-to-one support wherever you are based.

All new clients are invited to begin with a free initial consultation, where we can discuss your pregnancy or postnatal journey, exercise experience and goals before I begin planning your personalised programme.

Pregnancy Pilates

Pilates can support your body throughout each trimester, with a focus on breathing, posture, and gentle strength as your body changes.

Sessions are carefully adapted to support your back, improve alignment, and help you feel strong and supported as your pregnancy progresses.

Postnatal Pilates

Postnatal Pilates offers a gentle and supportive way to reconnect with your body after birth.

Sessions focus on rebuilding strength, reconnecting with the pelvic floor and core, and supporting your recovery at your own pace.

A Safe and Supportive Approach

All sessions are adapted to your individual needs, with a focus on safe, considered movement.

I have been teaching Pilates since 2010 and am a certified APPI Pilates for Women’s Health Instructor, with specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and supporting the body through hormonal change.

My approach is calm, considered and always adapted to how you are feeling, helping you build strength safely and with confidence.

There are a number of ways we can work together, depending on your needs and how you would like to be supported.

  • Online – from the comfort of your own home wherever you are, with fully guided, personalised sessions tailored to your body and needs

  • In Studio – from my private Pilates studio just outside Newbury, Berkshire

  • At Your Home – sessions available by arrangement in the West Berkshire area

I primarily work 1:1, allowing me to focus fully on your individual needs, goals, and how your body is feeling.

Before your first session, we'll discuss your pregnancy, birth experience (for postnatal clients), any symptoms or concerns, and your goals, so your programme is completely tailored to you. Online sessions are just as personalised and carefully guided as those delivered in person.

I also offer 2:1 sessions and small private groups; please get in touch if you’d like to explore these options.
