I have been teaching Pilates since 2010, with a focus on helping people move safely and feel more confident in their bodies. I am a Certified APPI Pilates for Women’s Health Instructor, alongside my main mat work qualification, with specialist training in pregnancy and postnatal Pilates, pelvic floor health, and wider women’s health. I am also a qualified Exercise Specialist for Breast Cancer Recovery Pilates with the Pink Ribbon Programme.

As a mother of three, I understand how much the body can change through pregnancy and beyond, and how important it is to feel supported during that time. My approach is calm, considered, and always adapted to how you are feeling, with a focus on safe, effective movement that builds strength and confidence over time.

Sessions are designed to create a supportive space where you can move at your own pace, reconnect with your body, and feel more at ease in the changes you are experiencing.

Outside of teaching, I spend as much time as I can in the garden, growing vegetables and flowers around our cottage. It is a space that reflects much of what I value; patience, care, and creating a happy, healthy environment for our family. I also run a small ceramics practice, working with clay in a slow, tactile way that reflects the same values of patience, care, and connection.
